Call Centre Team | Full Time Basis

Job Description

You will be adding value to our clients’ businesses by communicating with them via email, telephone or other digital channels. Your main task will be that of creating proposals, providing sales advisory solutions and meeting the clients’ needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct outbound calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Propose custom-created solutions to fit our clients’ requirements
  • Provide sales service and customer satisfaction through your problem-solving skills
  • Ensure the completion of the required processes on the CRM
  • Working a minimum of 20 hours a week – preferably mornings
  • Meet and exceed Call Centre Call quality standards and targets

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Knowledge of social media, websites and computer applications
