Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing new business and trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Growing business opportunities by analyzing account potential, initiating relationships through the scheduling of appointments, making initial presentations introducing new and existing products and services, developing, and closing sales.
  • Recommending new applications and sales strategies.
  • Taking Total Ownership of client lifecycle with an account manager mentality. This includes overseeing account management, negotiating contracts and agreements, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicating the progress and sales forecasts with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
