Role Description 

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client portfolios and generating new leads through the use of strategic goals while adhering to the company’s standards while reporting to the Sales Manager. Attracting new customers and providing an all-rounded positive experience to both current and prospective clients.

Experience

  • Three years of experience within a similar role, including B2B telesales, digital sales or outdoor sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Training will be provided on the job
Role Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish and adhering to company standards

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of clients while developing new leads

  • Identifying challenges and finding solutions for prospective clients

  • Providing top-tier customer service and a positive experience for clients

  • Ensuring that clients are kept up-to-date through CRM systems

  • Collect any relevant data, images, information and materials required to fulfil obligations provided by management

  • Ensuring high-quality standards throughout the customers’ journey

  • Adhering to and reaching set KPIs and strategic goals

  • Building strong relationships with prospective and internal stakeholders
