We are in the process of growing our sales team and hence we are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to play a key supporting role in the daily management of the sales department.

Role Description 

The ideal candidate has excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal aptitudes and be excellent at multi-tasking.  

The chosen candidate will be given the required training to gain knowledge and understanding of sales operations, sales processes and procedures, sales systems, products and solutions. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team with prospective clients, ensuring optimal use of their time.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact between the sales team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
  • Follow-up: Execute timely follow-ups on sales leads, inquiries, and customer interactions to advance the sales process.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports. Handle administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Sales Support: Provide logistical and informational support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations and successful client interactions.

Attitude & Attributes

  • Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • 3+ Years experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist sales representatives with any additional work as needed.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage work efficiently.
  • Works well both in a team and independently.
  • Outgoing personality and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Passionate to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English Languages.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and support skills.

  • Have a great understanding and knowledge of Yellow’s sales model and sales reporting.

  • Assisting in the daily management of the sales team requirements.
