Job Description

We at Yellow are on the lookout for Client Relationship Administrators that can add value to our clients’ business needs. You will be guiding our customers and collecting assets from them accordingly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Guiding the client accordingly in their Yellow journey
  • Research clients, understand their needs 
  • Contact clients and explain our products and services
  • Collect assets from customers
  • Assist clients with any issues that they might have in relation to our services

Skills:

  • Good communication skills in both Maltese and English 
  • English and Maltese written skills
  • Understanding client concerns
