Our products are developed to empower local businesses through unremitting solutions designed to bolster our clients’ online presence and reach their marketing goals.

Role Description 

Exemplary candidates for this role are hungry to learn about digital marketing and successful selling strategies. They are looking to establish or re-launch their careers and want to be reasonably rewarded for their exceptional performance. They have strong listening skills as well as the capability to present customers with effective solutions. The Tele Commerce Specialists must be outstanding, professional and self-driven communicators with a friendly approach. 


The chosen candidates will be given full training in digital marketing and selling strategies. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present products and services
  • Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish and ensure that it is carried out in line with company standards
  • Identify challenges faced by prospective and existing customers and offer the right solutions
  • Deliver top-tier support to clients throughout the customer journey
  • Ensure that customer data is consistently kept up-to-date on the company’s CRM system
  • Collect customers’ digital assets required to fulfil digital products
  • Adhere to and reach set sales targets, goals and objectives
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
