Role Description 

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a specialization in web design, social media design, display banners, general design, and campaign management. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating visually compelling designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate effectively through their designs. 

Role Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains design materials, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Collaborate and communicate with internal customers to better understand their requirements and develop solutions in line with their clients’ design requirements and translate them into creative solutions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices in web and social media design.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital platforms.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide support to the Sales Specialists throughout the design process and address any feedback or revisions promptly.

• Handle the design for print material including newspaper advertising, magazine advertising, packaging, flyers, and others as may be required from time to time.

• Handle the design of digital content to be used on social media, blogs, for Google Ads and clients’ websites.

• Creates and maintains sales support tools including point of purchase displays.

• Creates and maintains promotional images for customers, the sales department, and sales specialists.

• Assists with trade shows preparation and execution as needed.

• Maintains the marketing materials library.

• Completes all tasks within expected deadlines.

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

• Use industry-standard software tools and platforms to create and deliver high-quality designs.

Attitude & Attributes

• A diploma or degree in Design.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social media, blogs, for Google Ads and clients’ websites.

• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in web and social media design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• Passionate about graphic design and committed to continuous learning and growth.

• Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional proficiency in Maltese as a plus.

• Proficient use of the Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch and Canva. Knowledge of AI technologies will be considered an asset.
