The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for developing and creating well-researched and compelling high-quality content that follows the company’s tone of voice which appeals to audiences, attracts customers and boosts brand awareness for a diverse array of clients.
Proven experience conducting research using multiple sources
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
A strong understanding of content strategy with the ability to apply it to an overall approach
A Portfolio of published articles is considered a must
Experience in this role is not a must but will be considered an asset
Training will be provided on the job
Write, produce and upload content that satisfies clients' requirements and is compelling to generate leads
Write a wide variety of business landing pages, websites, articles and social media posts
Manage client accounts using internal CRM systems
Develop and create well-researched and high-quality content that follows the company's editorial style guide which appeals to clients and audiences
Use SEO guidelines to conduct keyword research, optimise content and increase web traffic
Ensure an all-around consistency of client brands (style, tone of voice etc.)
Collaborate with designers, product marketers and account managers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and the audience
Prioritise and manage own workload while taking ownership of deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Identify needs and gaps in content, contribute to idea generation and pitch content that supports the client's strategy
Contribute to any other creative projects as needed
Stay up-to-date with developments and trends to create content that is innovative and original
Possess innovative writing skills to produce content that is original and unique
Ability and eagerness to learn new tasks
Be adaptable and able to craft content that fits brief styles and tone of voice
Be open-minded, self-motivated and active with an innate thirst for learning to improve skills
Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet daily quotas and deadlines and to complete tasks as requested
Basic understanding of design principles
